Airport Parking

DSM offers convenient onsite parking starting at just $7 per day, with free 24/7 shuttle service from the economy lots to the terminal. The economy lots are open-air surface lots, while covered parking is available in the parking garage starting at $20 per day.

The parking garage offers both hourly and long-term options, and has a clearance of 9 feet. In July 2025, DSM will expand its parking capacity with an additional 1,100 spaces in the long-term garage, located close to the terminal for added convenience.

Although reserved parking is not available at this time, shuttles run approximately every 10 minutes or less, providing reliable transportation to and from the Grey, Red and Blue economy lots, 24 hours a day.

Passenger Pickups Made Easy - Free Hourly Garage Parking from 9 PM to Midnight

To help reduce curbside congestion and make pickups smoother, DSM Airport now offers FREE PARKING in the hourly garage every night from 9:00 PM to midnight. Whether you're meeting a loved one or picking up a colleague, park close, wait in comfort, and greet your passenger inside. Follow the signs to the Hourly Garage and take advantage of this convenient option.

Cell Phone Waiting Lot

Use the convenient Cell Phone Waiting Lot for free parking while you wait in your vehicle to pick up a passenger. Only active loading or unloading is permitted on the front curb of the airport terminal. Unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed.

The Cell Phone Waiting Lot is south of the airport, across from the Blue Lot. View the parking map for the location.

If you'd like to meet your arriving guest in the terminal, park in one of the available parking lots. The hourly lot includes 20 minutes of free parking and then is $2 every hour thereafter.

Travelers are able to park for up to 60 consecutive days in any airport lot. Unattended vehicles parked for longer than 60 days are subject to removal.
