DSM offers our travelers many conveniences to make your trip pleasurable. When passing through the terminal, you will have the opportunity to shop, eat, and get work done using our free Wi-Fi.

Hudson offers something for every traveler to meet your needs on the go. Enjoy a variety of healthy grab-and-go salads, deli sandwiches, and snacks, or check out the locally made items from apparel and coffee mugs to magnets and stickers.
Hudson offers two shop-in-shop experiences. At “Tech On The Go” you can find quality electronics and various phone accessories. Additionally, at “5th & Sunset” you can choose from a selection of trendy name brand sunglasses like Oakley, Ray-Ban, and Maui Jim.
A self-service kiosk at the Hudson store post-security allows you to grab what you need with a fast check out option to get you on your way quickly.

| Restrooms |
|
Restrooms are located throughout the terminal. There are three family restrooms. One is located across from the Southwest ticket counter near the baggage claim. Two family restrooms are located post-security. The first is located near gate C7 down the hallway. It is equipped with an adult changing table. The other family restroom is located at A5 at the end of the A Concourse downstairs. Travelers may use the stairway or the elevator to reach the family restroom. This restroom has a standard children’s changing table but does not have an adult-sized changing table.

| Pets & Pet Relief Area |
|
Only ticketed passengers traveling with a pet or a service animal are allowed to have the animal in the Des Moines International Airport. If a passenger is traveling with a pet, it must be in a pet carrier at all times.
There is a designated area for animals to relieve themselves outside of the terminal by the parking garage – north of the skywalk.

| Meeting & Conference Rooms |
|
Conference rooms are available for business meetings on the Airport Skywalk Level. The conference rooms hold up to 12 people.
The Cloud Room is a conference room that may be rented for larger business meetings holding up to 80 people.

A Mamava Nursing Pod, sponsored by UnityPoint Health – Des Moines, is a private space for nursing moms. It is located immediately after the TSA Security Checkpoint across from the DSM Police Desk.

|
Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are located in the terminal and concourse areas near the restaurants.
